What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness means living in the present moment. Originally it was an awakening to a new experience of myself. To be engaged in what is happening in one’s surroundings with accepting where we are meant to be in life situations and challenges.

It can help us to live a more balanced to ones life even in the midst of pain, stress, anger, and fatigue. Mindfulness helps to reduce tension and stress, aids better sleep, develops stronger immunity, increases emotional regulation, and improves our memory and attention span. Enabling us to be our true selves and not fragmented from ourselves.
